By accessing and using SimpleLease ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SimpleLease provides an AI-powered platform for extracting, organizing, and managing data from lease documents. The Service includes document upload, data extraction, storage, and analysis features accessible through our web application.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SimpleLease and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers. You will be charged according to the plan you select.

6.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System failures or technical issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party service disruptions

8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

8.1 AI Extraction Accuracy: While we use advanced AI technology to extract data from documents, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data.

8.2 Service Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleLease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleLease, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and data
  • All outstanding fees remain due

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SimpleLease operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
